 
 Ingredients used include carefully selected sweet potatoes (Kogane Sengan) grown in southern Kyushu; pure water for brewing generated by one of Japan’s foremost laurel forests located in Aya Town, Miyazaki Prefecture; and our brewery’s original Hyuganada Kuroshio Yeast harvested in Hyuganada, Miyazaki Prefecture. The shochu is painstakingly made by expert brewers at our Aya brewery.
