“MATSUNOTSUYU” is made using excellent quality naturally filtered underground water from the Shirasu Plateau. Fresh white sweet potato (Kogane Sengan) grown in southern Kyushu is added to malted rice when the moromi (main mash) is brewed. This shochu is characterized by its mellow flavor, which highlights the sweet potato aroma. It was named for the beauty of morning dew dripping from pine leaves.
